Dental Malpractice

Dental malpractice is an area of law, that deals specifically with negligence of dentists. In the past 20 years, I have successfully handled many different types of dental malpractice cases. These cases have included the negligence of general dentists; oral surgeons; periodontists; orthodontists; and endodontists. Typically, these cases involve: nerve injuries; implant injuries; extraction injuries; orthodontic injuries; periodontal injuries; crown and bridge injuries; root canal injuries;and TMJ injuries. I have also successfully handled failure to diagnose cancer and failure to diagnose periodontal disease cases. My most significant settlements and awards have involved cases involving nerve injuries.
