Nursing Home Negligence
Nursing homes are required to comply with both federal and state regulations. Sometimes, nursing home patients are injured, or are caused to die by the negligence of nursing home employees. These cases typically include, falls at the nursing home; decubitis ulcer formation; and nutritional and hydration problems. My most successful case, involved a 72 year old woman, who developed a severe decubitis ulcer, as a result of the nursing home's failure to monitor and turn her, while she was recovering from hip surgery.
