Trucking and Bus Accidents

Large trucks play a major role in both the occurrence and consequences of traffic crashes. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), 442,000 large trucks were involved in crashes in the United States in 2005, resulting in 5,215 fatalities, and 114,000 injuries.

Trucking accidents are preventable. Commercial truck drivers are held to high standards for the operation of their vehicles. There are also trucking company safety rules and regulations that must be complied with. I have successfully handled trucking cases.
